It’s a good size room with a large closet, your own 1/2 bathroom. The only item shared is the shower. The property is quite big, there is an assigned parking spot for you, included in the rent. There is easy freeway access, many areas are accessible as well, including the zoo. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, quiet area.

I’m looking for a mature, quiet, and working individual. Someone who is serious about their life, mature, and responsible enough to pay their bills on time. I’m looking for someone who is clean as in they chip in with helping to keep the house clean, there are 2 cats in the home, so preferably someone who is cat friendly. Serious renters only.
