Looking for a female roommate only. One bedroom available in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhome in Huntington Beach. I’m a female full time student in and out of home. Half introvert half extrovert. Clean and respectful of space. Not a party person don’t mind whatever you do but do ask to take the partying else where. Guest are of course welcome. Rent is $1,050 a month plus utilities.
