Estefania's room

Our one family ranch house is located in a beautiful community in North Gwinnett Estates. We have a huge fenced backyard and a beautiful deck that can be shared. The room is on opposite side of where I sleep with my husband and two daughters. The rent includes utilities/internet/laundry. The room is fully furnished. Includes a full size bed, large closet, and a smart TV(additional $ for cable). The guest bathroom would be basically yours only unless on a rare occasion we have guest over. I’m looking to rent to a working, clean and respectful female only or a female with a child. We can do a 6 month lease and renew for another 6 months then. The house is 5 driving minutes from the I85 ,3 minutes from Walmart, 10 minutes from lake Lanier.

I am a stay at home mother living with my husband and two daughters(ages 3 and 1). We are clean , drama-free people. I love to cook, my husband is a car dealer. You’d have complete privacy in your room, however if you don’t like kids then this room is not for you. I also have Weimaraner dog. She is super loving, wild and over protective . She is a huge loving girl and once you meet her you will love her(if you are a dog person). She is a big part of the family. I usually keep her one our side of the house anyways.
