Cozy Condo next to Lynnwood transit Center, and just off I-5. Walking distance to everything!
You will enjoy living with Serena and her well behaved & potty trained miniature poodle in this 2 bd 2 bath condo. Your private furnished room comes with new Queen sized mattress. Plenty of closet space, further there is lots of extra storage space under the bed which allows access by hydraulic lifts. Your bathroom is normally only used by you, unless their are guests visiting.
Living room faces condo community landscaped gardens, paths, a pond & small brook which empties into the Scriber Creek nature reserve immediately to the rear of the condo.
Condo facilities include outdoor poor (Summer only), Clubhouse with large function room for parties and a nice indoor hot whirlpool spa to relax yourself after a Long day of work or study.
Long term (6,9, 12 mo.) rental preferred but will consider other options for the right person.
About the roomies
Your roommate Serena is kind, respectful of your space, 28 years old. She is not a party animal nor is she looking for one. She leaves early, sleeps early and other than Saturdays you might not see her much at all. She likes to keep the place clean and requires the house rules be kept. She is bilingual in English & Japanese.
