Guest will have a separate refrigerator and can use all the appliances in the kitchen. The room is fully furnished, comfortable and located on the second floor.

I am a single mother. I work in healthcare, night shifts, therefore I prefer female gender and background check is required. I have two kids, 12 and 17 years old. We have a cat. She is wery friendly and sweet. But if one has pet allergies, please consider. Our home is smoke and drug free.
