Room with vaulted ceiling, a.c window unit, ceiling fan. Sliding glass door to the shared house balcony. Located in a 2 story loft style townhouse with vaulted foyer and 25 ft high ceiling revealing upstairs loft from living room. Altogether 3 rooms and 3 full baths. We all have our own bathrooms, we just have to share the use of the washer dryer located in the main bathroom. Shared living room and kitchen space as well. Beautiful serene relaxing view from Balcony overlooking a lush forest with a babbling brooke at the base of its ravine. Quiet neighborhood deep into the valley. Water and Wifi included. Electricity to be split evenly amongst us all. We seek quiet respectful professionals with zero drama. 6 month trial.
