Rent price does NOT include utilities, which are electricity and wifi/cable. There is also a 15$ car port fee each month.

My roommate is a 26 year old, young working professional, who is working her way towards grad school. She works basically a 9 to 5 nannying and is home on the weekends (sometimes).
