Courtney's room

I am renting out a room in the 3bd (1bd used as office), 2.5 bath home I am renting. It has a backyard w/garden, laundry, 2-car garage and unfinished basement storage. The house is furnished, with the exception of the rented room. I have a sweet rescue pup as well- he loves everyone!! He gets along with other animals, but we will have to clear additional pets with the landlord. No smoking/420/parties please.

The home is near 225 & DTC, has a huge open park half a block away, and is near shopping/grocery stores.

Bonus: the backyard has a hammock, grill, blackberry bush, and peach tree!

Hello there! My name is Courtney (24f), and I have a sweet rescue pup I adore and love to take hiking in the summer. I collect leather-bound books, am a hobby photographer, and like to garden. I also enjoy binge-watching TV shows, reading, and the occasional video game. True Life church is my family.

I work a 7:30-4:00pm job that has me traveling quite a bit- I would like a roommate I can be friends with and trust.
