I have a room for rent that is available the end of June. The rent is $920 and the deposit is $200. Everything is included and the room is fully furnished. The common area is open for everyone. There is a designated parking spot and a big back yard. Pets are welcome. Shortest lease length 6 months and longest 1 year. There are a ton of amenities nearby and in a nice neighborhood. When you contact me for a showing be prepared to show proof of financial stability (pay stubs), at least 2 professional references (previous or current landlord preferred but strong employer reference is acceptable), and be willing to submit to a criminal background check. Everyone in the household does have pets and work full time jobs. Everyone is friendly and takes care of the home.
