Private ROOM for rent in a beautiful single family residence. Great, very quiet neighborhood and has close freeway access. Must be able to provide verifiable income - we are looking for a responsible renter!

You will have an upstairs private room (unfurnished) and a shared full bath, with access to utilize the kitchen and backyard. There is a laundry room upstairs as well which you are welcome to utilize (just provide your own soap and dryer sheets, please!).

You must be a dog lover (see more info below) and please, be a person that’s considerate of other roommates.

Monthly rent includes all major utilities including WiFi!

I occupy 1 of the 4 bedrooms. Neither I nor any of my other roommates have any kids but I do have quite a number of dogs ranging in sizes. While the pups won’t have any access to your room (unless you want them too) they will be part of all the shared aspects of the house. Don’t worry, they’re super cute and loveable, but if you’re scared or allergic, this is not the home for you unfortunately..

We are looking for a roommate that is quiet, clean, and doesn’t have people over often. We are very open to someone trying to start over, or someone just wanting to stay someplace calm and quiet while they go through school or are further along in life. Someone with a good sense of humor is definitely a plus!
