This apartment is on the bottom floor. I have a lake view outside my window, multiple window sunroom and a beautiful kitchen. The living room has a shared TV and a sectional. The built in desk isn’t being used (since I have another desk) and can be used by you if you wanted.

Your bathroom isn’t attached to the 2nd bedroom, but it would be yours. I have a daybed in the 2nd bedroom to show the size of the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is 12’ by 13.4’.

The apartment is 5 minutes away from Southpoint mall, Target and other major stores. Close to multiple colleges.

There is currently 6 months left on the lease. So it is a short-term contract. We can talk about renewing/other options if needed. There isn’t a security deposit required but there is an application fee (required by the leasing office)

I moved to Durham because of a job offered. I work as an educator and am gone during the day. Easy to get along with, open to all kinds of people of all backgrounds. I don’t currently have any pets but my apartment is pet friendly.
