This property is an 19 story apartment and your room would be on the 14th floor overlooking a beautiful view of downtown! Out of the four rooms, you would have the biggest room with the largest closet and your own private bathroom. The best part of the room is that it comes furnished with drawers a bed and a desk. The apartment features a living room that has couches a TV, a washer and dryer along with a fridge, stove, oven cabinets and etc. It is pet friendly as well as on the fourth floor you have access to a barbecue pit, ping pong, a pool/Jacuzz, dog park, and lounge area also with a fitness room. Since this is heavily student based on the second floor, you can find yoga rooms, private rooms where you and friends can study or printers to print out essays for your class. This is the perfect spot. There is food all around you within walking distance!

There are three other roommates who are apart of the women’s basketball team for San Jose State. During late May and June two of them will move out leaving you only with one roommate up until July! The girls are friendly, outgoing, and extremely nice. They also stay in there rooms most of time so you won’t be disturbed if that’s what you wish. One of the girls who will be moving out end of May currently owns a furry Frenchi named Bape. He is a friendly, playful, and cute dog!
