Bedroom, furnished or unfurnished, with own bathroom, in a 3 bedroom house (fourth room is a playroom), 2 full bathrooms. Utilities included, power/gas, water, trash, cable, internet, HOA. Gated community, with clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. Small backyard/patio area.

I currently live alone, with my daughter staying at the house when I have her for a few days, 2-3 times out of the month. I work shift work, have two careers, and am gone a lot. I also have a small English Bulldog, almost 10 years old, that stays outside.
