Your own room + share bathroom with one person (Michael) downstairs. Trisha and I are in the back of the house, and we share a bathroom.

The cost of rent is 919.50 (this includes the garbage bill and our lawn service) and with bills, comes out to ~$1100 (fluctuates a bit due to the power bill). The full $1100 is due at the beginning of the month, and if there is any fluctuation with the electric bill, I usually just post up in our group chat what the remaining cost is. We have AT&T Fiber internet, no data cap. We typically get our own groceries, but sometimes when we want to make dinner we will just be like hey wanna throw down $5, and make something for everyone. We do split the costs of household essentials (trash bags/laundry soap/dryer sheets/etc). It’s also a 15 min walk to the El Cerrito Plaza BART Station.

The deposit can be split into two payments, if that helps with your move in costs.

All in our late 20s-early 30s. The three of us worked together three years ago, and we have lived together since. We are pretty tight, and we want the new person in the house to be a good fit with everyone. All three of us are 420 friendly; you don’t have to be, but there can’t be any issues with it. It just won’t work, lol. We have two dogs; so unfortunately no more pets in the house.

Trisha - The only true local in the house. Does CS for a company in Oakland; works early mornings to mid afternoon, so we are usually pretty quiet around the kitchen area after 9/10pm (I mean, you can use the kitchen, just don’t be banging pots around hella late). Owns Nipsey, the almost one year old Red Nose Pitbull. He still has all that puppy energy, but is insanely cute when he wants to be. Nispey is crate trained when Trisha is not home. Loves a good seafood broil. Makes the best cabbage I have ever eaten in my life. Typically just chillin out watching Netflix, listening to music, or working.

Michael - From Fresno, but has lived in the Bay Area for 6 years.
Bar Manager for SF Playhouse. Will make you dank drinks when home. Pretty much writes music, plays Switch/PS4, or DnD over the phone with his bro when he can. Has his girlfriend over one or twice a week, but he is usually working doubles in the city. No animals, but he does love Godzilla. Would be sharing the front of the house and the bathroom with him.

Carae (me!) - I am from the south, but I have lived in the Bay Area for (almost) 4 years. I work from home for a tech company, 99% of the time. I just go in to the office whenever I feel like it. Typically watching Netflix, playing Pokemon, or shooting 35mm film. I own Luna, almost 5 1/2 year old Lab/Shepard mix. She loves empty plastic water bottles and butt scratches. Luna has full reign of the house, we just let her chill whenever we aren’t home (but she usually just sits in the room with Nipsey until someone comes home). I have the upstairs of the house, usually I blast music when I am working, but you can’t hear it in the front of house unless the windows are all open.
