Private room in a 3 bedroom townhome. You will have a shared full bath. Pool, Tennis courts and great neighbors. Close to bus if needed. Parking available, but can be tough the later you get here. Looking for an easy going employed friendly person. You’ll have access to kitchen and laundry. If you want, you can keep the mini fridge in your room for your items.

We are a married couple with an 18 yr old son that works and is here part time. The other roommate has been here for 4+yrs and works at night. We have one small dog.
