Master Bedroom! This Stapleton townhouse is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with an open floor plan, lots of natural sunlight and a beautiful upgraded kitchen. The townhouse was built in ‘18 so it is basically brand new. It’s about 5 minutes away from Fitzsimmons and the hospital, 15-20 to downtown Denver and has easy access to i70/225. Located on the edge of Stapleton this town house is a part of a fun, young neighborhood. We enjoy hanging out on the porch chatting with neighbors, going for walks on the paths all around us, and making the 1 mile trip to Stanley Marketplace for beer, coffee, or brunch. utilities are usually around $50 or less a person so all in monthly would be about $850 NO couples NO pets

Kendall- A high school English teacher, book lover, coffee drinker, and big fan of snowboarding, hiking, and all things mountains. She’s always down for a porch beer and loves to bake so if you like cookies or beer you should def live here. Paige- A Florida girl new to Denver, she loves going to Orange Theory, creating yummy meals in her air fryer (yes, we have an air fryer), and working with kids. We are both clean and pretty quiet. We enjoy hanging out with each other but also know that sometimes alone time is best.
