Max's room

Private room and shared bathroom in a great location near the Biltmore area in Phoenix. Tons of great restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. The home is close to the Biltmore Shopping Center. Nearby bars/restaurants of interest: The Wandering Tortoise, Century Grand, Nishikawa Ramen, Sip, Zipps, and JT’s Lounge, to name a few. Awesome middle distance between downtown and old town with easy highway access.

Both my roommate and I are professionals with normal working hours. Neither of us are super loud or have parties or large amounts of guests at the house often (especially since the pandemic). Based on previous experiences with rooommates, a big thing for me in a roommate will be someone who cleans up after themselves (i.e. garbage, dishes, etc.) in the common areas. I do have cleaners come monthly as well that clean everything except the two bedrooms.
