No smoking of any kind and no drug use allowed on property. Weekly professional cleaning included. Landlord is offsite and very responsive. Laundry 🧺 room in house.

3 professional females and 1 professional male who has a private suite. Age range: 33 - 53 years old. You will be sharing a bathroom with 3 females. Not a party house . Everyone works hard. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.
