The room is the master bedroom in the house and includes an ensuite bathroom with a massive 3-door closet. The house also includes street parking and a rotating garage parking spot. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the High Line Canal, perfect for biking, running, or walks. We’re also in a convenient location: 2 minutes to Trader Joe’s, 10 minutes to the University of Denver, 12 minutes to the Denver Tech Center, 15–20 minutes to Wash Park and Cherry Creek, 25 minutes to Downtown Denver. There are three of us total (women in our mid–late 20s). We’re fairly quiet during the week since we all have busy schedules, but we enjoy hanging out, hosting the occasional summer BBQ, and getting outside when we can. We’re a pretty outdoorsy group! We enjoy things like hiking, camping, skiing/snowboarding, going to concerts, movies, reading, traveling and exploring Denver. We also have a very friendly dog, but unfortunately we can’t accommodate additional pets.
