1 room available in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Very large room with a large full kitchen on a 2nd floor walkup in a 3 story house. only 5 minutes from the MetroNorth train station and walking distance from Main St in both Sleepy Hollow and Terrytown which have great restaurants and stores. Large shared back yard with furniture. Unfortunately there is no living room but all of the bedrooms are big enough for a couch and everything you need.

We are two girls in the mid 20s that are in a full time graduate program at Mercy College and also work part-time. The upstairs neighbors are around the same age and also in school and the downstairs neighbors are a couple that has lived on the property for many years. Everyone is very friendly and considerate of each other.
