About the room
Hi! I’m Luke. I’m a Denver native and young professional working in finance down in DTC. I also coach high school football up in Arvada. I enjoy playing golf, hitting the slopes, and getting up to the mountains to hike and fish!
The property is a 4 story, 4 bedroom townhome in Morrison, CO just south of Red Rocks. It was built in 2024, so it’s very new and fresh. The common living spaces are fully furnished and decorated. I have 2 bedrooms available (the other room I use as an office). Each has its own private bathroom, one being ensuite. Indoor parking in the garage is available. I love hanging out on the rooftop deck enjoying views of the foothills and the city!
Our community is called Three Hills which is a brand new development against the foothills in west Denver. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, roughly 20 minutes from downtown. It’s also very mountain accessible, which I love!
About the roomies
I will be the only one here after June! I’d prefer young professional male tenants in their 20s and early 30s.
