About the room
The room is large with plenty of closet space. It includes a new Core Queen size mattress/frame bed as well as nightstands and lots of of shelf space. It’s located in the heart of West Hollywood. 5 minutes to walk to Pavilions, Trader Joe’s or Rocco’s/ The Abbey.
There is a 3rd floor in my place that has a full gym. Feel free to use and save money on a gym membership. The gym I installed was featured in an LA Times Health Section article, years back.
About the roomies
I’m a former retail employee that has been laid off due to a bankruptcy of the company I worked for. I’ve had roommates on and off for the last 15 years. They all have loved the room but their lives changed and they’ve moved on to other living arrangements.
The rent includes washer/dryer in my kitchen, parking in a secure underground garage, all utilities (gas &electric) not including cable. My kitchen was completely overhauled last year. All new appliances make cooking/clean-up a pleasure.
