Looking for a chill, stress-free roommate to share a charming house in Downtown - one of the most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods in Vegas.

🛏️ YOUR ROOM • Freshly painted, bright, airy, private bedroom with North and East facing windows. • Large closet + tons of built-in storage. • Partially-furnished (see pics), totally empty, or can discuss providing it fully-furnished. • PRIVATE BATHROOM with abundant storage and a separate soaking tub with jets.

• note: your private bathroom is the door next to your bedroom door in the common hallway, it’s not en suite *

💵 THE DEAL • $1,500/month TOTAL — that’s it. • I cover ALL utilities: gas, electric, water, sewage, trash, AND fiber internet. • Move-in ready. • $3,500 due at move-in, that’s: first month + last month + $500 security deposit. • Flexible lease terms: month-to-month, or we can discuss a longer lease.

🏡 THE HOUSE • Prime Downtown/Arts District location - walkable to the Arts District, Main St., Fremont St., bars, restaurants, shops, etc! • 3 bed / 2 bath single-story with real charm. • Large backyard - dog-friendly, fully-fenced, shaded patio area. • Off-street parking. • Tons of storage throughout. Some garage storage space can be provided. • Fully furnished - no furniture? No problem! If you have furniture, I’m happy to incorporate it into the common spaces. • Cooking-ready kitchen - I love to cook so my kitchen gets lots of use! I have just about every kitchen ware and gadget you can imagine and you’re welcome to use everything. Just be respectful and clean up after yourself - I’ll do the same. We’ll split food storage space in the fridge/freezer and pantry 50/50. • I’m happy to work together to incorporate any of your personal furniture, appliances, decor, etc. into the common spaces. • Washer/dryer.

👤 ABOUT ME I’m a laid-back guy in my 30s, originally from Detroit, been in Vegas about 10 years. I work evenings, typically spend a night or two my girlfriend’s place each week and vice versa. I like to keep a tidy, low-key household and I’m looking for a roommate who wants the same. I have a dog, a 10-year-old Australian Heeler who is very friendly.

🔍 LOOKING FOR Someone easygoing who wants a peaceful, comfortable home base — not a party house. Respectful of shared spaces, drama-free, and someone who appreciates a chill coexistence. Dogs welcome as long as they’re friendly with mine. Sorry, no cats.
