Two-bedroom suite with library/workspace in Fox Chapel. One large bedroom (15x20) with private ensuite 3/4 bath and queen bed/closet/dresser. Bright and airy with ceiling fans and gorgeous morning views. Second bedroom (15x15) also with queen bed, closet, and dresser. This room has stunning sunset views and overlooks the back yard and garden beds. This room uses the shared 3/4 bath that doubles as the powder room for the main space. Additional room serves as a library/workspace and includes a small desk and loveseat. Fios high speed internet (300/300). All other spaces than the master suite are shared. Master suite and this available suite are on opposite ends of the house. All utilities included. 10 acres of property to walk and enjoy. Fully equipped luxury kitchen. Full laundry in basement, access to squat rack and weights. In the winter, it is advisable that you have an AWD vehicle to stay at this property, as the quiet setting and privacy means the roads coming in are less travelled.

Professional adult (51 yo) woman with two pups (one permanent, one foster). I work as an ASL interpreter (from home occasionally) and split my time between the ’Burgh and SW West Virginia. I occasionally (less than 50% of the time) occupy a suite of the opposite end of the house. I love rock climbing and lifting weights, as well as hiking. I have had lots of roommates here and in WV and I am very accustomed to living communally and sharing space with others. Would love to have you here! I feel very lucky to have the space here in Pittsburgh to spread out in the country and enjoy the property. This is a great location for those who want a reasonable commute to downtown/hospitals but value peace and tranquility away from city noise.
