Downstairs basement is a fully built private apartment (already taken, rented by a young working couple) and upstairs is where I live (I am a gay male RN and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, coupled but my partner is finishing his graduate program in Cincinnati). This is not a party house, no pets allowed on main level of house where your room and office are (there are cats in downstairs private apartment, but that is closed off to upper level).

• Gay couple working professionals (1 currently living out of town finishing grad school). Night owls, nerds, gamers. Don’t party, mostly in room watching movies and gaming.

• Downstairs apartment straight couple, mid 20s, calm and quiet.
