About the room

Location: Three blocks off of Mill and one block away from Tempe Town Lake. Walking distance to Whole Foods, countless cafes, bars, and restaurants.

The place: 3br 3ba townhome. One parking space available. The garage has a treadmill and some other exercise equipment that you are welcome to use. The area is also bike friendly (and I do bike a lot).

The room: Downstairs (much more sound isolated from other two bedrooms). Smaller. Bathroom and shower are separated but private. Semi-furnished (has bed and desk). Move in is available immediately.

Also, note on the picture of the room: all of that musical equipment will be gone. The only furnishing is the bed and the desk, both of which I’d be willing to move or sell if you had your own and planned on staying a while.
