We provide a very safe, relaxing, drama-free environment in a huge, extremely clean, gorgeous home that we take very good care of in a very safe neighborhood where everyone is friendly, safe, and also takes very good care of their homes. Additionally- we have filtered drinking water throughout the house, and a beautiful outdoor patio and pool tenants are welcome to use with scheduling. We take great care of our tenants, have their backs, and do everything we can to ensure their safety and happiness.

• Furnished: $750/month + utilities (will never exceed $50 monthly, usually around $20)
• $1000 refundable damage deposit, 3 character witnesses, proof of income, and at least 1 favorable previous landlord testimony to reserve
• Full 1st-month rent due before move-in date (so to be clear- to move in we will need 1st month’s $750 (or pro-rated) rent, and full $1000 security deposit)
• Month to month lease agreement only
• Clean, quiet, and respectful people only (renter will be asked to leave after 1st month if proven to have misrepresented themselves)

• Full Kitchen and Laundry Room Privileges (shared with other tenants)
• Dishes and Silverware, Coffee maker, Keurig Coffee maker, Oven, Microwave, Induction Stove, Pots and Pans
• Filtered drinking water through the entire home
• Lots of kitchen storage space; additional storage space in garage/shed if needed
• Private tenant common room with massage chairs, couches, TV, and large library
• Pool access with permission and scheduling (we have dogs we keep very separate from ALL tenants)
• Backyard pool/patio closed Nov. - Mar. each year, during this time a private and spacious side patio is provided for tenants (NO SMOKING)

The owners: early 40’s, newly married, trying to get on our feet taking over this huge, expansive property. We are constantly updating rooms, features, and landscaping. Friendly, work from home, very quiet and private people. We live in the West Wing of the home. Downstairs tenants: also early 40’s, one works from home, one leaves at 4 am to work. Lovely, very quiet respectful, safe people. They live in the East Wing of the home (you will be down the hall, but still very separate from them). Upstairs tenants: Mid 20’s, working professionals. Mostly gone, we hardly ever see them. Quiet, respectful, helpful, awesome. (You will share the shower with them). We are also looking to fill a large room upstairs.
