Cassidy's room

It is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. My boyfriend and I have the master bedroom with a connecting bathroom. The room for rent has a bathroom down the hall but it is not shared with another roommate because the third bedroom is vacant. The whole house is completely furnished besides the room for rent. The room for rent is big enough for a king size bed and still has enough room for dressers or shelves. There is a huge living room with a fireplace, dining room, large kitchen, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. The whole house has hardwood floors with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is no need to worry about parking because there is plenty of parking space on the street.

It is just my boyfriend and I that will be living in the house. My boyfriend owns his own business and pretty much works graveyard shift everyday. I work as a waitress on the weekends and I am a full-time nursing student. We are very friendly and get along with everyone. We would prefer to have a roommate who is clean, organized, and respectful of everyone’s schedule and personal belongings.
