Imagine waking up to a resort-type environment. You will feel great coming home. My roommate is moving out because she finished school and moving closer to work, I am looking for someone to rent a room in very nice 2BR/2BA luxury complex located in Costa Mesa off the 405 and Harbor. (These places get filled up really fast!)

The room will be available for move in starting February (may also be earlier if needed)

It is very nice here, these buildings look fairly new and modern with a lot of security and also gated at night! You will be surrounded in a resort-type environment. The location is perfect in many ways because not only is it located right near the 405 freeway, john wayne airport, many popular malls, restaurants, entertainment and groceries store, you will also be near Huntington and Newport Beaches as well. It’s also located right across Orange Coast College and near UC Irvine for any students out there.

Amenities: -Four SPAS! located around the property and also resort-style swimming pools. (They are nice!)

• 24-hour upgraded fitness center with spin bikes and virtual training technology -Laundry room onsite -Onsite Security

The term will at least 3 months then you can move onto month to month.

Given the different rates and options you will get around this area, I really believe you will be getting a great Deal for the price you PAY.

For $1150 a month:

• Your own Bedroom with a walk-in closet.
• Your own private patio with no one facing you
• Two nice windows for natural light
• Your own private bathroom conveniently in your bedroom.
• Your own parking spot
• Community Exclusive Access to the private gym, pool, and spa. -AC/Heater in the unit

Utilities (Water, Trash, Electricity, Cable, High- SpeedWireless Internet, renters insurance) are not included in this price (It will be 100 flat rate extra a month)

The security deposit will also be 600 which will be given back to you when move out

For move in you need first month rent (1150) and utilities/renters insurance (100) + security deposit (600) = (1850)

The month will be prorated depending if move in during the month.

I try not to have too many guests over, and it wouldn’t be okay to have them over everyday, but unless they stay in your room otherwise, twice or so a week is okay. We try to keep it peaceful and chill after 10 pm due to our complex rules, but as long as your guests are respectful and stay in your room, then there would be no issues.
