Minimum rent duration is 3-month, with the possibility of extension at the end of the lease period.

I have 4 spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms in a modern single family home (3200 sq.ft. of living space, built in 2017) for rent with basic cleaning supplies, utilities, cable, and high-speed internet included for prices ranging from $1140 (full-bed, walk-in closet), $1240 (full-bed, TV included, dresser, makeshift closet), to $1300 (king-bed, TV included, walk-in closet) per month. Each bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable memory foam mattress and a workstation perfect for work and/or school.

A background check via TransUnion SmartMove is required. There will also be a security deposit of $500 ($100 of which is non-refundable as a move-out cleaning fee). For the safety and comfort of all residents, tenants’ guests will not be allowed to visit the premises at any point in time, and for any length of time.

AMENITIES: All appliances in my place are high-end and easy to use. The laundry room is equipped with a set of high-capacity and high-efficiency washer and dryer (9 cubic ft. each). The kitchen comes with all-stainless-steel appliances (2 fridges, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle) and 2 portable induction cooktops (induction-compatible cookware will be provided for use). Tenants will have access to a shared living room upstairs with a 65“ TV and comfy seatings perfect for relaxation. The 1.5 bathrooms (half-bath downstairs and full-bath upstairs) will be shared amongst a max of 4 tenants. I have my own bathroom in my master’s suite.

Included in the cost of rent is twice-a-month cleaning services of the common areas (bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms). Laundry fee is separate at $5 per load of wash and dry, or $2.50 if you only need to dry-clean your clothes.

LOCATION: Grocery stores (Safeway, Trader’s Joe), restaurants (Pubs, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, etc.), specialty shops (Bartell’s Drug, Walgreens, etc.), and an LA Fitness gym are within a convenient walking distance of 10 minutes.

Two bus lines are located within a convenient distance:

1. The 165 bus stop is only a few feet away and will transport you to the nearby Kent Station (central hub for buses and trains). The earliest arrival times are 5:30am on the weekdays, and 7am on Sat and Sun.
2. The 168 bus stop is a 10-min walk and will transport you to SeaTac Airport, where you can take the Light Rail to downtown Seattle. The earliest arrival times are 5am on the weekdays, and 6am on Sat and Sun.

There are ample curbside parking spaces along the street available for free on a first-come-first-serve basis.

I am looking for housemates (professionals, travel nurses, students, etc.) who are responsible with on-time rent payments, respectful of others, and willing to put in their share of keeping the common spaces clean for everyone to enjoy. I do not drink excessively, smoke, vape, use marijuana products, or illicit substances, and I expect the same from my roommates.
