Im looking for a roommate. I have a lead on this place through a family member. it will be available by May, maybe sooner. Its a basement apartment that has been rehabbed. 2bd 1 Bath with an office, living room and big kitchen. Free private laundry. No parking. The rent is about $1000 might be less the guy hasn’t decided. Its about 2 blocks the Kedzie Brown line.

Im open to other apartments if there is something available sooner. I can pay $1000 a month. Also open to a room in a place someone is already renting.
