There’s no assigned parking space but there is street parking available. Paid washer and dryer on the complex grounds, not in unit.

You’d be rooming with a 23-year-old male currently in my final semester at San Diego State University. I’m easy going, fun, outgoing, and a very respectful and polite roommate who will keep my stuff clean as well as help around the house with any other chores that need to be done!
