I am looking to sublet my portion of a large single family house in West Hartford. It is a 6 bedroom 2.5 bath home but only two other people live there, so there would be three people sharing the house including you. I currently have use of 3/6 of those bedrooms and share a bathroom with one other girl, but you all might be able to work out a different arrangement if you wanted. Rent is $820 and utilities are between 50-150 per person. The two other girls in the house are friendly and professional! One is a 24y/o nurse and one is a 23 y/o accountant. The house is beautiful, updated, and centrally located! It is also pet friendly. The terms of your lease would be flexible and can be discussed with the landlord!
