Amenities include BRAND NEW central heating & AC, dishwasher, new sink, BRAND NEW washer & dryer. Your bathroom is shared, has plenty of storage and counter space, a shower & bathtub. The common areas of the house have lots of windows so natural light seeps into every room with beautiful light hardwood floors throughout. We are looking for someone who is professional, clean, considerate, mature & respectful. All common areas must be kept clean.

My girlfriend and I have have been together for 6 years and live with our sweet 8-year-old terrier. We are 420 friendly and sometimes like to have friends or family over but are generally a party free house.
