7 blocks to the BEACH!! Light and bright new construction 3 bedroom home in North Jax Beach, a couple blocks from the Mellow Mushroom shopping center. You will have your own private bedroom with walk in closet and double vanity bathroom shared with the other tenant. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on one side of the house and my master suite is on the other side. The rest of the living space will be shared with me, my 2 year old daughter, our dog (Australian Shepard) and the other tenant sharing your bathroom.

The house is professionally cleaned every other week. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher, reverse osmosis filtered water system, driveway parking, fenced in back yard and the garage is basically a mini CrossFit gym. Rent will be month to month with a 30 day notice required for any changes.

I’m a 34 year old female, friendly and easy going health care professional. My work schedule is Monday through Friday. I typically leave the house by 7:30 am and return between 5:30 and 6:30 pm and I’m home on weekends, in and out. My daughter goes to daycare while I’m at work and stays with her dad on Tuesdays, Thursdays and it varies on the weekends. I’m a very active person, love the outdoors, traveling, yoga, surfing and music. I drink socially, I don’t smoke. I stay pretty busy and mostly keep to myself during the week and am more social with friends on the weekends. My daughter is very sweet and befriends pretty much anyone she meets. My dog takes a minute to warm up to strangers but once she knows you she is very lovable. She is also very energetic and loves to go for bike rides and play frisbee. The other tenant is a 23 year old female, student and full time nanny for a family in Ponte Vedra. If we sound like a good fit or if you have any questions send me a message :)
