Ian's room

The property is a three-story house built in 2014. It is located in Southwest Las Vegas near I-15 freeway and just minutes away from grocery stores and gas stations. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The room is located on the second floor, and the tenant will have own private bathroom just outside the room. The room is furnished with a full size bed, computer desk, mini fridge, and dresser.

There are currently four people living the house. We have three smalls dogs who are very friendly. Three of us work in medical field and one works from home as a marketing manager.
