Hi there, I live in a house near 45 and Meister Lane in Round Rock, TX that’s big enough for two more people to live in. So I’d like to find great housemates to live with me in it for February 2020!

From experience, I’ve learned this setup is best for people who

1. would rather live in a spacious new house than a small apartment at this price
2. are busy working or living life and don’t mind paying for someone else to handle chores around the house
3. and work within a 15-minute driving commute (here to the Domain, Apple, or Tech Ridge for example). If you work at Dell, this is a 5 minute drive.

About the house: • You get your own unfurnished private 11x11 bedroom & a shared bathroom upstairs for $750/month. • You can enjoy the rest of the brand new house (besides the other bedrooms). • The common areas are furnished (living room and kitchen have everything you need + home theater upstairs). • I’m a busy person who works in tech, so I’ve hired companies to do monthly house cleanings, mow the lawn, and do pest control, so we don’t have to. • We’ll split the utilities, cable + internet, and the costs mentioned above by a third since I’d like two roommates to live here. Expect to pay around $200-ish for your share of the utilities (total cost should be $950-ish a month give or take $50 depending on the month) • Would like a short-term lease to start of around three months, but will sign a longer lease if you’re interested and we decide there’s a good fit. I grew up in the greater Austin area between Round Rock and Austin, and currently, run growth marketing at a startup. I tend to keep myself busy with activities through UT’s Alumni Association, Texas Exes, playing guitar, learning something new, watching movies, or going to rock shows or UT sporting events. If you’re into any of that, we’ll probably enjoy living together! I also don’t mind if roommates prefer to keep to themselves and primarily spend time in their rooms. I’m more of an introvert myself, so I get the value of alone time and won’t be in your space.
