Private bedroom and semi-private bathroom (I hardly ever use the downstairs bathroom). Minutes from Sac State, bike trail, lots of grocery stores, gyms, coffee shops and restaurants close by!!!
About the roomies
Iām fairly quiet and prefer to keep a mellow home. Iām always on the move, so Iām hardly home, mostly to sleep! Iām not picky on most things, just respect the shared areas (i.e. kitchen, living room).
