2 acres to roam, kayaks, bikes and peddle boat for use, hiking trails not far, good neighbors, lake 2 miles away, hwy is close, colfax town is 1 mile away, private and quiet. Bbq available, decks to kick back on. Free gym room. Cameras on property. If you like to turn off unused power and lights, perfect! Cozy in a large living room with wood stove. Central heating an air if we really need it.

Old but young and cool, quiet, no loud parties, not up for having someone who needs someone in their room all night nor at the house everyday, month to month contract, love animals, very active. Sleep at night but I’m quiet if you need to sleep in the day.
