Ideally doing a month to month lease to ensure all is a good fit. Happy to extend but this is also perfect for someone doing a short term stint in Miami.

I am a fitness professional and avid spots lover. I’m not home a lot but when I am, I’m totally respectful of space-there is a lot of space in this apartment but I’m good hanging occasionally or letting you do your own thing. Keeping the space clean and living our lives =it’s all good!
