Hey hey!! I am looking for a female flatmate/s to move into my lovely apartment available from 1st March,2020!!

I’m looking for somebody that can keep the shared living areas tidy, and respects privacy! Ideally someone that is fairly sociable and enjoys having an occasional shared meal and/or drink! Minimum stay is 6 months!! Rent is $1000 a month.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with me. I’m in my early 20s and I’m friendly and sociable but respectful of personal space. I’m a fulltime student at Penn State University.
