Park Street

I am on the top floor of the building (17) so no noisy neighbors above us, lots of sunlight, and a balcony with a stunning view of the water and sunsets. We are within walking distance to lots of great bars, restaurants and coffee shops as well as art galleries and theaters. We have a big spacious living room, and the kingsize bedroom you’d rent has it’s own ensuite bathroom.

I’m on the mature side of a graduate student so my crazy party days are over. My partner lives in NYC and visits only about 25% of the time and I’m always at school so it will be pretty peaceful place to live. We are both very clean and tidy.
