A wonderful house in a stunning location close to Caltec, Huntington Library and close to Old Town Pasadena. Located in an extremely safe and tranquil area, we are looking to rent out the back annex of the house which includes separate living quarters providing 1 bedroom (120sq ft) and 1 private bathroom with access to the property via a private entrance located adjacent to the bedroom. Secured private parking. Additional closet space is available along with a computer desk. Full use of kitchen, laundry and other facilities provided. Set in a large 3,400 sq ft house this is a great room for students or people needing somewhere temporarily. We are looking for somebody to rent this room for at least 3 months with the possibility to extend.

Our family live in the main part of the house but I travel a lot and am often away on business and we tend to keep ourselves to ourselves to give you more privacy. The house also has its own pool that you will have access to and all bills including internet are included.
