Must love dogs! We have 4. This upstairs, small but private room is available in a 3 bedroom 3 bath, 2 story home. Your bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. This home is within walking distance of the South Platte River Trails, and a short drive from the new Thornton Lightrail station. The kitchen has necessary cooking/eating/baking utensils and has plenty of fridge space. There is hangout room in the sunroom, living room, kitchen, and backyard. I am looking for someone who doesn’t smoke and won’t be in their room all the time. I don’t mind house guests as long as they are respectful too. I am a teacher and enjoy the outdoors!

Our other roommate and I take the dogs on walks every day. We have been watching a lot of TV together during these times! We also have been doing yard work together. It is very nice to have a friendly face in the house!
