Your next room could be in our 2,200 sqft, 5 bed 3.5 bath house a mile from Olde Town Arvada, and a 5 min walk from the Ridge Light Rail station. We’ve got brand new appliances in our large, open kitchen, including a gas range. We’re renting out two upstairs bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bath between them and the laundry room (new washer & dryer) on the same floor. This post is for the smaller (140 sqft) bedroom which has views over the front yard and out towards the mountains (now mostly behind a condo complex but still there). Space for a bed with a view, and a desk or dresser. We’ve got a giant yard for our two dogs (50 and 25 lbs) and would welcome your well-behaved dog as well. (No cats due to an allergy.) Gigabit speed internet, trash, recycle, utilities all included. We currently have a monthly cleaning service for the first floor, which you could buy in on for your room/bathroom if desired. The first floor is air conditioned, the second floor is not. You could move in as soon as the weekend of the 12th of March. You should know we are adding a garage to our house this summer so the backyard is torn up for now. We’ll be working from home the entire time and don’t expect too much noise, especially outside the workday, and the construction is 90% outside. We can talk schedule and and details if you’d like.

We’re a Colorado couple who work in tech, and teach social dancing for a living. We do food prep weekly and cook just about every breakfast and dinner. We rock climb, sail, and wake-board in the summer, and one of us camps and the other stays inside with cocoa when it’s winter. We teach dance lessons down in our living room / ballroom about twice a week. You’ll be sharing the upstairs bathroom with our other renter, a high-end general contractor who works 6 days a week and stays with their girlfriend every other week or so. We’re excited to share our new house with another fun, healthy person with some ambition for life!
