Hi Everyone,

My roommate and I are looking to fill two rooms in our 4-bedroom apartment. Exposed brick, hardwood floors, second-floor apartment with rooftop access and WASHER AND DRYER IN UNIT! AND we are one block away from the Myrtle Willoughby train stop, 10 min walk to Myrtle JMZ stop.

We are steps away from lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, citibike, parks, and all the cool surrounding neighborhoods.

Currently, we are two women of color in our thirties looking for a responsible roommate of similar age who can get bills paid on time and keep the house clean and orderly. We would love someone of a similar age who has experience living with roommates. We’ve only got 1 shower so it takes coordinating and some experience handling chores, bill pay, common spaces, etc! :D

We have 1.5 bathrooms. We are pretty busy so it is rare you will see everyone home at the same time.

We are not very particular about what you do but just want to emphasize keeping common areas clean and just mutual respect for each other.

To apply there is a $75 application fee. There will be a credit check and it is first and last month to move in. If you have poor credit the landlord may ask for double security and/or a guarantor.

We would love to keep it an all-women household but we can be open-minded. This is a one year lease so no short term. Sorry, we cannot accept pets or couples.

420 ok but if you smoke cigarettes or tobacco it is asked that you go outside as it will permeate the crib.

Move-in is March 1st

We do pay the internet, gas, and electricity. Split by 4 that comes out to about $44 a month. It just depends on the month.
