• The Room: (2 rooms available) 1st $600- Large Master bedroom with your own private bathroom and walk in closet, no decor so decorate as you please 2nd $500- Furnished Private Room with Medium closet and shared guest bathroom, no decor so decorate as you please
• Other Spaces: Sectional Couch, Roku TV in living room, Dishwasher, Microwave, Gas Stove, Large Backyard, Street Parking
• Location: 20 minutes from downtown Rockwall & 15 mins to Mesquite and a few minutes up the street from the Forney Walmart, Chick Fil A, Bank, Lowes, Food, Salons, etc.
• Utilities: Gas, Trash, Water, Internet included. Electric is split between roommates. *I do request we please be respectful of our neighbors, no super loud music or parking in front of their house! Thanks yall

I’m an artist/army veteran who just moved to Forney in August. I’m friendly, laid back, quiet & I have a friend or two come over occasionally. Most of the time I’m either painting/traveling out of town for long periods of time. Instead of constantly asking for house sitting favors from family I would like to find roommates who are kind, clean and responsible. Last thing, I have a sweet small weenie dog who stays with me once in a while (:
