Large house in NW Roswell, close to Alpharetta (Georgia State), Woodstock, Kennesaw (Kennesaw State) and E. Cobb. This is a downstairs suite (sitting area/office, bedroom, bathroom). The room can come furnished, unfurnished, or somewhere in between. No pets not in a tank or terrarium, please. You would have lots of privacy, save someone working out (gym equipment in basement in different part of the house). You would have a private entrance and easy on-street parking. The kitchen is upstairs, well appointed and with plenty of pantry space. This neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and easy to get in and out of. The neighborhood also has a swimming pool in season, 3 lakes (fishing, canoeing, kayaking) and 6 tennis courts (5 lit).

This is our family home, and we have lived here for over 10 years. We have two well-behaved and well-mannered teenagers, and get along quite well. I am a building components designer and my wife is a writer/editor. We are both in our early 50s. Our kids are into baseball, basketball, rowing and power lifting.
