South State Street

Hi everyone - there is a room available in our 3BR-2BTH apartment starting this Feb 1st thru Aug 31st (with possibility to extend contract) for $733 + utilities. It’s a 3BD 2BA apartment in South Loop (right on State St.), right by the #29 and #62 bus lines. It’s also 2 blocks away from the green line (Cermak) and 3 blocks from the red line (Chinatown). The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings, has in-unit washer and dryer, and we keep it clean and organized. All of that for $733 + utilities.

Looking to share our home with a positive, mature, clean, female identifying roommate, that cares about coming home to a place that makes them feel good, and occasionally, share a meal and good conversation together.

The apartment is fully furnished; the bed frame and mattress are available in the bedroom (anything else in the room will be removed by your arrival).

You will be living with Alexandria and Jessica, who are both in their mid to late 20s. They both study full-time at the IIT Institute of Design, where they are pursuing their masters - reason why they spend most of their time out of the apartment. They are both super chill, easy going, responsible, fun to spend some time too. :-)
