63rd Street

Hello! Im looking to sublet a single room of a house located on 63rd street (5 minute walk to SDSU). Unfortunately, I have to move due to the location of a new amazing job offer. The room has a connected full bathroom (shower & bath) that is shared with only one other roommate. The room also includes a walk in closet with a built in pole to hang clothes and a shelf to store additional items. The house itself has 5 bedrooms (4 singles and a double), 2.5 bathrooms, a driveway, and a beautiful furnished back patio with a fire pit. The kitchen has plenty of room containing 2 fridges, and a stove/oven. Rent is merely $725 with a reduced security deposit of $500. Im also willing to cover utilities and wifi for the remainder of the lease!! I can’t wait for someone to make use of this amazing room and house!!

There are a total 6 male roommates (2 of which are ex SDSU soccer players).
